VEG CHOWMEIN / VEG NOODLES

Ingredients (4 serving)

Plain noodles - 250 gm
Onion - 2
Chopped Beans - 50gm
Chopped carrot - 50 gm
Chopped capsicum - 50 gm
Corionder leaves - few
ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
maggi magic cube or any tastemaker
salt - to taste
oil -4 tablespoon



Boil required amount of water and pour it on to the dry plain noodles such that it is fully immersed. Add required amount of salt, 2 tablespoon  vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. After 4-5 minutes strain water and keep the noodles ready.

In a wide mouthed pan add oil then chopped onions, carrot, beans, capsicum one by one and saute it.



         When  the veggies turn color add ginger garlic past, salt, turmeric and chilly powder.

 

Now add the drained noodles  and give it a thorough stir.


At this stage add the maggi tastemaker. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
